Refund Policy

Online and Offline Classes
We follow a strict No Refund policy. To help you make an informed decision, our refund policy has been enumerated in detail on our website/app/platform. You are requested to kindly go through the refund policy before any payment to the courses.
If for some reason you wish to discontinue from the classroom program before the commencement of the first class for the batch that you signed up, we will not refund you’re your booking amount and if entire fees is paid, then we will refund you only 50% of the fees. However, if you discontinue after the commencement of the first class for the batch that you enrolled for, no refund will be made, notwithstanding the number of classes you attended till such time.
If you discontinue before the commencement of the batch, refunds will be processed within 2 months of you notifying us of your decision and the funds will be transferred to your account within 3 months of receiving bank account details from you.
If for some reason, The Deecipher decides to discontinue a batch that you have enrolled for, we will refund fees prorated to the number of classes not conducted by Deecipher as per the description of the course when you enrolled for it. The amount to be refunded in such cases will NOT depend on the number of classes you attended in that batch.
Refunds in such instances will be processed within 30 working days of us notifying you of not continuing with the batch and amount will be transferred to your account within 45 working days of receiving bank account details from you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the system requirements, including compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and Internet service, prior to purchasing any content. We are unable to provide refunds where your access to the Products is inhibited due to insufficient system requirements.
We may restrict your access to the Products if you breach these terms, including without limitation:
- a) A failure to make any payment due to us; or
- b) Failure to provide accurate information that is necessary for us to provide the Products to you
In these circumstances, we will inform you in advance that your access to the Products will be restricted.
Note: The refund policy is applicable only for the paid class credits. It is not applicable on any class credits earned via referrals or any class credits gifted by Deecipher Trading Academy – Fin Pionnier Private Limited.
